Куриные Тефтели с Грибами

Нежные и вкусные тефтели. Вариант для обеда или позднего ужина.

Directions

  1. Филе измельчить в фарш.
  2. Лук мелко порезать или также пропустить через комбайн или мясорубку.
  3. Грибы очень мелко порезать.
  4. Смешать все ингредиенты. Посолить.
  5. Сформировать мокрыми руками шарики и выложить их на выстланный фольгой противень.
  6. Полить водой немного. Запекать при температуре 200 градусов 20 минут.
