Очень вкусно и в горячем и холодном виде.

Directions

  1. Измельчённые лук и морковь обжариваем на оливковом масле.
  2. Рыбку укладываем в сотейник, добавляя нашу обжарку. Томатную пасту разводим водой, добавляем соль и перец, и заливаем соусом нашу рыбку.
  3. Готовим рыбку 30-40 минут, за 10 минут до готовности кидаем лавровый лист. Готовое блюдо украшаем укропом. Приятного аппетита.
