Калифорнийский Куриный Салат

Сытный салат с легкой заправкой.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Курицу отвариваем или варим на пару, нарезаем на небольшие кусочки.
  2. Помидор разрезаем на 8-12 долек.
  3. Авокадо разрезаем пополам, удаляем косточку, счищаем кожуру. Мякоть нарезаем ломтиками и поливаем лимонным соком, чтобы авокадо не потемнело.
  4. Редис нарезаем тонкой соломкой.
  5. Салат рвем руками на небольшие кусочки.
  6. Смешиваем все ингредиенты в салатнике, заправляем йогуртом/сметаной 10%, специями по вкусу и подаем.
