  1. Растворить желатин в теплой воде. Оставить на 20 минут.
  2. Взбить в блендере, добавить молоко и протеин.
  3. Залить в формочки и в холодильник на 2 часа.

Выглядит, конечно, аппетитно,но на вкус - оставляет желать лучшего. При чем у меня протеин со вкусом - двойной шоколад, а все равно не то, хотя может на сушке может показаться лакомством =)
