Directions

  1. Sekoita keskenään sähkövatkaimella 1 muna, 0,5 dl maitorahkaa ja 0,5 dl kaurahiutaleita, puolikas banaani muussattuna ja 1 tl kanelia.
  2. Anna taikinan paisua hetken, n. 10 min.
  3. Paista pannulla ihan pienessä määrässä öljyä, tästä tulee 2 lättyä, joihin riittää 1 tl oliiviöljyä kumpaankin. Lisäksi esim. mustikoita tarjoiluun.

Ainesosissa lukee 50g kaurahiutaleita mutta ohjeessa 0,5 dl. Jälkimmäinen lienee oikea. Laitoin tuon ekan määrän ja voi mitä paksua mössöä tuli. Ei onnistunut letut.
