- Montare a neve il bianco delle uova e lasciare da parte.
- Tagliare a cubetti tre mele e fare a fettine la quarta.
- Mescolare i tuorli e lo zucchero, quindi incorporare lo yogurt.
- Mescolare il lievito e la cannella alla farina e incorporare agli altri ingredienti.
- Aggiungere il bianco e i cubetti di mela delicatamente a mano.
- Mettere il composto in uno stampo e decorare con le fettine di mela e le noci sminuzzate.
