Directions
- Alles zusammen mischen, Zwiebeln natürlich klein schneiden und nach eigenem Bedarf würzen.
- Bällchen Formen, während dessen den Ofen auf 200 grad vorheizen.
- Frikadellen auf ein Ofenrost, darunter ein Blech zum auffangen des tropfenden Fettes.
- Nach 20 Minuten die Frikadellen wenden und nochmal 20 min im Ofen lassen.

Hatte noch vergessen dass jede Frikadelle 75g wiegen muss, damit die angegeben Nährwerte bei einer gegeben sind. Gruß
