Sopa de Legumes com Frango

Sopa delícia para esse frio.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Você vai picar todos os legumes.
  2. Picar o frango em cubinhos temperar a seu gosto e frita com azeite em seguida colocar a cebola e o alho.
  3. Adicionar o legumes picado cozinhar com 1 litro de água. Quando estiver macio, deixe engrossar um pouco em fogo baixo, adicione cebolinha e a salsinha, servir. Não bater.
  4. OBS: Você pode retirar o inhame para diminuir as calorias, coloco pois acho um alimento nutritivo.
