Directions

  1. Смешать в миске рис, творог, яйцо, мелко нарезанную зелень и крахмал в однородную массу, не забыв посолить и поперчить по вкусу.
  2. Смоченными в воде руками сформировать небольшие лепешки-сырники, которые обвалять в муке.
  3. Жарить на разогретом растительном масле до румяной корочки. Подавать горячими со сметаной, но вкусны творожники и холодными. Готовятся быстро, так же быстро съедаются.
