Ensalada de Zanahorias con Yogur

Ensalada con una combinación deliciosa.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Para la salsa, triturar dos cucharadas de almendras y mezclarlas con una batidora de varillas con el yogur, el zumo de limón, la sal y un poco de pimienta.
  2. Lavar y secar la menta y la hierbabuena o el perejil y separar las hojitas, reservado algunas para decorar. Cortar el resto en tiras finas y mezclarlas con la salsa preparada.
  3. Raspar y rallar las zanahorias; mezclarlas con la salsa. Lavar la manzana, cortarla por la mitad y descorazonar. Pelarla, rallarla y añadir a la ensalada.
  4. Picar las almendras restantes, tostarlas en una sartén antiadherente sin grasa hasta que estén ligeramente doradas e incorporarlas a la ensalada. Adornar la ensalada con las hojitas de aromáticas picadas reservadas.
