Delicious homemade veggie soup with tons of veggies and legumes.

Directions

  1. Chop all ingredients.
  2. Add cans of fire roasted tomatoes and crushed tomatoes to pot.
  3. Add vegetables and beans.
  4. Simmer well till vegetables are tender.
  5. Enjoy!
