Печенье из овсянки и банана.
Ingredients
Directions
- Перемолоть в блендере до муки овсянку.
- Банан размешать с кефиром до однородной консистенции.
- Всё соединить, добавить мёд. Добавить немного не перемолотой овсянки для более вязкой консистенции. Добавить чернику или любые другие ягоды.
- Выпекать при 180 градусах 15-20 минут.
