Sałatka z warzyw i tuńczyka z brązowym ryżem.

Directions

  1. Wstawić ryż do gotowania wg opisu na opakowaniu. W czasie gotowania ryżu obrać składniki (które trzeba) i pokroić w kostkę, marchewkę utrzeć na tarce na grubych oczkach, orzechy rozdrobnić wg uznania. Warzywa konserwowe odsączyć, tuńczyka też.
  2. Wrzucić przygotowane składniki do miski i wymieszać, dodać ugotowany ryż, dodać do smaku przyprawy (pieprz, paprykę, inne wg uznania), dodać oliwę i wymieszać jeszcze raz.
  3. Smacznego.
