Ingredients
Directions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and oil; drain.
- Cook beef, onion and sweet red peppers in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
- Drain well. Pat with paper towels to remove addition fat.
- Stir stewed tomatoes, ketchup, cayenne pepper and salt into skillet; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Stir in cooked macaroni.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and serve immediately.

This was a real easy week night dinner. My boyfriend enjoyed it. I added a little more ketchup and some garlic powder for extra flavor. It was still a little on the bland side so i will probably add more seasoning in it next time but I will definitely make this again.

this was really easy to make....okay to taste...i would put a little more onions and tomatoes next time

Was easy to fix and didn't take long to prepare. Husband thought it was alright, so will probably fix again.
