Rico pancake saludable especial para el desayuno, sin harina, azúcar, ni endulzantes.

Directions
- Colocar todos los ingredientes con excepción de la mermelada dentro de una juguera y esperar que se mezclen bien. Mientras precalentar un sartén antiadherente, en caso de no tener colocar una pisca de aceite.
- Llevamos parte de la mezcla al sartén, la idea es que se cocine por ambos lados. De la mezcla anterior van a resultar dos o tres pancakes un poco gruesos.
- Finalmente ya están listos! Idealmente come uno o dos pancakes no más que eso, y entre ambos se puede agregar una cucharadita de mermelada light.
- Disfruten de un rico desayuno.
