Пицца с Шампиньонами

Вкуснейшая пицца с куриным филе, шампиньонами, помидорами и сыром.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Куриное филе взбить в блендере до состояния фарша.
  2. К нему добавить яйца, овсяную муку и отруби. Посолить. Поперчить. Хорошо перемешать.
  3. Разогреть духовку до 180 градусов. Сформовать большой круглый корж для пиццы. Выпекать 10 минут.
  4. Корж смазать томатной пастой. Выложить шампиньоны и помидоры. Посыпать приправой для пиццы и тёртым сыром.
  5. Выпекать 15 минут.
