Sopa de Verduras Diet

Sopa de verduras vegetariana, natural y bajas calorías.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar todos los ingredientes y ponerlos en una olla con el agua. Comenzar por los más duros y dejar las espinacas para el final. Salpimentar. La espinaca puede reemplazarse por acelga y se pueden incluir los tallos tiernos para que aporte más fibra. Si se va a tomar como plato principal se le puede añadir un poco de maíz amarillo dulce.
  2. Dejar hervir de 30 a 40 min. A fuego medio o moderado. Ir comprobando que todos los ingredientes estén cocidos y sumando agua cuando sea necesario.
  3. Retirar del fuego y esperar que entibie un poco.
