Directions

  1. Lava bien la quinoa antes de cocinarla para eliminar las saponinas.
  2. Cocina la quinoa siguiendo las instrucciones de paquete. Déjala enfriar o échale agua fría.
  3. En un bol echa la quinoa y el resto de los ingredientes. Aliña con aceite de oliva virgen extra al gusto.
