- Brokkoli bissfest kochen, zerteilen, Tomaten waschen und würfeln. Zwiebeln klein hacken, Pinienkerne ohne Öl anrösten. Alles mit Zitrone, Olivenöl, Salzburg Pfeffer mischen, fertig.
