Lagosta Fingida com Molho de Maionese e Iogurte
Económica, leve e deliciosa.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cozer os 500g de lombos de pescada com sal. Retirar e fazer em lascas.
- Num robot de cozinha ou com a varinha mágica, triturar o tomate.
- Bater os ovos com sal e pimenta. Juntar o tomate e as lascas de pescada.
- Deitar numa forma untada com margarina e polvilhada de farinha e levar ao forno a 170º por cerca de 40 min.
- Para o molho: misturar o iogurte com a maionese e o ketchup, temperar com um pouco de sal, se necessário.
- Servir a "lagosta" morna ou fria, com o molho de iogurte.
