Directions

  1. Бананы размять вилкой. Затем пюрировать банан блендером.
  2. Добавить к банану кефир, мед и желатин (желатин развести в небольшом количестве воды, поставить на небольшой огонь, тщательно перемешивая до полного растворения; вода в процессе нагрева не должна превышать 60 градусов; немного остудить). Все взбить блендером.
  3. Полученную массу вылить в форму и поставить в холодильник для застывания.
