Directions

  1. Кабачок помойте, отрежьте плодоножки и натрите кабачок на мелкой терке.
  2. В кабачковое пюре добавьте яйцо, муку и соль.
  3. Жарьте оладьи из кабачков с обеих сторон до румяного цвета. У вас это займет примерно по 3 минуты на каждую сторону.
