Galletas de Avena y Plátano

Simples, fáciles, rápidas y muy nutritivas.

  1. Precalienta el horno por 8-10 minutos a 180°C. Pelar los plátanos y molerlos con un tenedor, cuando esten bien molidos y ligeros, agregar la 1/2 taza de avena, la 1/2 taza de salvado de avena (si no lo encuentras agrega 1/2 taza de avena más), la canela y los polvos de hornear. La mezcla debe quedar un poco seca.
  2. En una bandeja, ideal antiadherente si no tienes, ocupa papel mantequilla y si tampoco tienes, aceita y enharina ligeramente una bandeja o fuente. Con la ayuda de una cuchara forma 8 galletas.
  3. Hornea por 12-15 minutos, saca del horno. Espera que enfríen y ya están listas para ser devoradas.
