Tarte à l'Italienne

Tarte fine sur pâte feuilleté avec bon cru tomates et mozzarella.

Directions

  1. Faire cuire 10 minutes la pâte en cherchant bien à aplatir le fond. à 180°C. Peler, couper les tomates en 4, enlever les pépins et les égoutter.
  2. Sortir la pâte, tapisser le fond par le jambon cru, ajouter les tomates et la mozzarella, ajouter des herbes de Provence.
  3. Faire cuire le tout encore 10 minutes toujours à 180 °C.
