Суп-Пюре с Нутом и Карри

Приятный пряный суп-пюре.

Directions

  1. Замочить нут в воде на 12 часов. Поставить варить куриное филе и замоченный нут, варить минут 40.
  2. Лук и чеснок обжарить на сковороде. В кастрюлю закинуть картофель, затем лук с чесноком. Варить пока картофель ни станет мягким.
  3. Блендером измельчить все до состояния пюре. Добавить карри. Довести до кипения.
  4. Выключить суп. Украсить зеленью.
