Worked out 6am today before work. I feel great. Did 30 min. walking on the treadmill, then lifted weights.
TODAY I ATE/DRANK: BREAKFAST - Tim Hortons Lg coffee with 2 sweetners, 2 2% milk, breakfast sausage with egg, no bread.
LUNCH - steak, salad, diet coke, grilled vegies
Afternoon: Snack: peanuts, Walk for 15 min.
