If you didn’t eat an extra 1750 calories it’s most likely water. No worries. If you have a tendency to retain water, moderate your salt and weigh yourself not as often maybe. It’s okay.💆🏻♀️

It's ok that is probably just water weight as Anne said. If you know you are following the plan then trust yourself. Sometimes when I don't trust the plan I end up binge eating b/c I think "what's the point?" Don't do that to yourself!

That's why I weigh myself every two weeks, I want to see big results because it motivates me. Maintenance...... I wonder. 🍓good weekend!
