I got so much support and believe me I appreciate every ounce... I don't drink enough water now that I think about it ... the scale is erratic and just maybe I needed a poop...I didn't eat an extra 1750 calories this week for sure... so I will be patient and heed your words especially tapping down the whine "What's the point?" Done that one more times than I choose to remember. I adore you all ... thank you for being there when my bratty impatient imp started yapping...
