Hi guys, I thought I should try Brown Rice today but it turned out to be abit hard not soft. how do we cook it? TIA

you need to add at least three cups of water to one cup of rice and then it will cook longer until all water is gone.

Soaking it overnight also helps , then cook it after that ✨

It does take longer to cook I usually just add a bit more water if i didn't get it right the first time. I've also heard some people comment on it's hardness even when fully cooked. It does have a nuttiness to it and shouldn't be too soft

how i prepare my brown rice to be soft:
1 cup brown rice
3 cups water
in microwave for 45 mins
softtttt and fluffy
