Start off trying it 2 days a week. When it becomes easier increase it to 3, 4 etc. In time you'll be able to do it every day. But don't be super strict. At least take weekends off

i do it all the time and basically live by fasting. i feel less bloated and less hungry out of my hours of reg eating.
i jumped right into doing mine and still do.
i think it depends on you and your dieting. i can shift my hours at will now and dont feel overly hungry. 😊

i DID IT FOR 2 DAYS THIS WEEK AND DROPPED 500GRAMS....GOING FOR 3 DAYS NEXT WEEK......ICENINO YOU ARE A GREAT HELP AND CHARDZ04 YOU ARE A GREAT INSPIRATION.
