I've really embraced eating gluten, casein, and sugar free! I also gave up caffeine which has significantly decreased my stress levels. The nutritionist at my gym said to always pair carbohydrates with a protein source because protein reduces the glycemic effect of carbs. Blood sugar levels rise and fall at a slower rate. I have been pairing my high carb snacks with protein, like carrots with almonds, and an apple with hard boiled egg whites. I'm really happy with the progress. 4 more pounds to 70!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
