Doing well. Down 2 more lbs. Surprised because I am eating alot really. Trying to stick to 20 grams or less but its hard because I drink alot of tea w/sweetnlow. Has to be the salads, high protein, and not eating past 7:00pm. Haven't got ketos yet, but plan on checking that this weekend. Need to start walking more but its been too hot. Thinking about walking before 7:00 am. Thanks for support!
