Liburan 2 minggu naik 3kg... Ya Tuhaaaaan!

mungkin cuma glikogen ma air aja...IF aja 2 hari apa sepedaan sejaman..balik lagi tu berat..mang ngecheat? apa lagi tinggi aja kalori intake nya?

Cheat sepanjang bulan puasa n liburan, kayaknya udh terpental dari keto nih. Hari ini balik keto lg. Semangat!!!
