If it fits your macros. In the end it all comes down to calories so if you eat more or less healthy you can cheat as long as it fits your macros (fat, protein & carbs). I do IIFYM too.

I do low carb and low sugar. I don’t follow a specific diet- I work with what my body wants! I try to stay under 50carbs a day 😬
