Day 6 on Keto. More energy but got some food sensitivities creeping in. Yesterday noticed both bottled water and cucumber makes my stomach burn and within seconds gets a stuffy congested feeling.
Diet 5% Carbs, 20% Protein, 75% fat
100% Heavy Cream,
Meat,
Cheese ,
Cucumber,
steamed kale,
butter,
avacado.
2.5 litres water.
92.4 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week

I would think it is more the cucumber than the water, but I don't drink bottled water much. nice thing is it is easier to tell which things bother you on a restricted diet. the first few weeks are more restricted and I have found a few things lately myself. I went to get blood tests for allergies too. It may help you
