Cool and crisp morning. It feels like a hint of fall is upon us. For that, I am getting excited and giddy. Autumn is my favorite season, and this Autumn I can't wait to try all sorts of new Fall-type of foods on program. Pumpkin is SiFi on WW, and so are fruits, so there are so many ideas I have brewing in my mind to make and bake this Autumn. Speaking of food, I'm having a blast with the WW SiFi plan. I feel free and healthy. So much better than I felt on Atkins. I'm not knocking Atkins, because I know it is good and it works...but I just can't fathom doing that for the rest of my life. My cholesterol was shooting up quickly, and with the Vascular Reflex in my legs, plus a heavy family history of blood clots, my doc said Atkins was a big fat "no-no". Awwww, shucks. So, WW Simply Filling plan was a perfect compromise. Clean eating, high fiber is making my body very happy.
