(午茶) 蜜蘭諾巧黑酥 x3個、無糖豆漿300ml
(晚餐) 梅花肉南瓜粥550g、木瓜半個220g

(喝水量) 約2500cc
(運動) 空中踩腳踏車200下/2組、慢跑45分鐘
65.4 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
