《 9/9 (日) 減脂減重 Day153 —@ 65 kg 》

(早餐) 水波蛋、奇異果x3、香蕉、低糖豆漿505ml
(午餐) 筒仔米糕、金針排骨湯(約400g)、奇異果x2
(晚餐) 梅花肉竹筍鮮蝦粥550g、玉米粒320g

(喝水量) 約2300cc

發現整個八月,有大半時間都在吃喝玩樂中度過。在沒刻意節制的情況下,減重速度也如預期中緩慢了不少⋯不過沒復胖就是最好的保持,九月也要繼續加油💪🏻😁
65 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
