So, I had a crazy big craving for a Mcdonalds Sausage Biscuit and an Orange juice, and I gave in to the craving- 15.5 points down the drain, just on breakfast!!! But, I ate it- I'm not going to feel bad about it. I'm going to get right back on track with a very light lunch ( large salad with Salad Spritzer dressing....1 point), and I'm not going to let this hiccup ruin my diet for today, for this week, or for forever!!!
