Ok, so here it is, first day of the rest of my life - right? will i get back down to my healthy high school and college weight? at this point i'll be happy to get halfway there. the thing is, i don't feel like a complete blimp, but the clothes are TIGHT and my panza (stomach) is BIG. so if i don't do something NOW i will be a blimp. so i'm going for my summer body now...even if it takes until next summer to get there. hee heeeee.... fat flush plan, here i come! hope
