I have been gone from here for a few months and during that time i was still working out but not really being accountable for my eating habits..No internet access was no excuse for not taking better care of myself i did mange to lose 3 lbs but imagine how much more i could have achieved if i had been more accountable..When i was faithful to Fat Secret i was seeing results so i am back with more motivation than ever.
