Gym last night made me pretty sore today. Long walk tonight with the dogs will help loosen up the muscles. Then I think some pilates after dinner to stretch out some more. I have started to train for two 5K races that I am running in October and December. My goal is to do a 10K race next fall and then a half marathon the year after. If I keep this up, I should definitely be able to stay in shape.
