ok...Back on track. Made a yummy asparagus/mushroom fritatta this morning. Woke up with a killer headache and just needed a "treat", must be the caffeine withdrawal. So I had a half cup of coffee this a.m. "the legal cheat" according to the fat flush plan book...I'm bad but not that bad. Mixed in some cottage cheese in the fritatta as well - as I was craving it. This no dairy stuff sucks. I cannot get enough shrooms and asparagus and red pepper lately though! yum!
