Blah. That's how I'm feeling this week. I have not had the luxury of a good nights' sleep and have been consuming not good things to compensate. Though, I've lost my appetite....I guess that explains the weight loss....

Kickboxing starts in about a month. I'm looking forward to that class. And the new gym is opening in September, so that's exciting. I'm hitting the gym tonight.

Today's another day. Will make good choices today.

I hope your week gets better. It's hard to stay proactive and on top of things when you are feeling blah. Just remember, eating better (because a sugar crash is nasty) and being active are the best way to overcome the blahs!
