Woo it has been almost two months since I journaled. I just got P90X from Beach Body and I started on Friday. This program is a highly intensive and extreme workout. I was afraid before I got it that I would not be able to hang. Good news so far I have done ok if I must say so myself and i have finished the workouts that I have done thus far. I really just need to focus on my eating habits and being consisent with doing the workouts all six days every week. Hopefully by June after my 90 day regimen I will be able to see extraordinary results. Boy do I have a long way to go.
Good news is my new moto is Progress Not Perfection. Everytime I feel or think that I am not getting anywhere I am going to say and think these three words "Progress Not Perfection" got this from doing Jenny Craig.

I have seen the info-mercials about P90X and it looks so tempting but like you said INTENSE. In couple weeks let us know how it goes!

I just so the info-mercial over the weekend on the P90X. I'd love to be able to do it, I just don't have enough space in my house. My rooms are small and if I did it outside - I have 2 very VERY nosey neighbors that would be watching and that's not a good thing! Hopefully when we get our fence put up that will take care of the problem. You'd think I lived in the city not in the country lol. Let us know how it goes...
