I've decided to switch from fat flush to the low carb/atkins style - at least for awhile...no fruit. the trade off is i get dairy. it's like you get one or the other, depending on if it's fat flush or atkins. i'm liking my coffee and cream in the morning too much. goin' good too. lost a pound in two days! i'll introduce the berries and lower sugar fruits in about a month. drinking a gallon of water per day and biking 30 minutes at the club. nothing fancy. level 2 straight away. after my boston cream treat on easter, i'm feeling extra strong. sometimes cheating makes your resolve stronger, at least for me.
