After a night of drinking two more glasses of wine than planned AND a dinner out... I was down another 1/2 pound. I guess this working out/eating healthy thing actually works. Who would have guessed??
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
