Aku kalo taruh makanan di fat secret yg jujur dan di pisah2 menurut isi nya kaya soup kan macem2 semuanya di timbang dan di ukur

Sama. Sy juga input di FS brdasarkan isiannya. Lebih baik kelebihan input dr pd kurang. Trus jg kl mnurut sy itu ga nyampe 700 kok, paling tinggi 500 kkal

Iya kalo ga gitu nanti bilang kok berat gue ga turun2 karena salah hitung kalori di fs karena nasgor aja isi nya lain2 jadi jumlah kalorinya berbeda ada yg tinggi ada yg rendah kalo salah hitung dikira masih ada sisa padahal uda over hihihi kaya makanan gue hari ini padahal dikit tapi isi nya uda mau 700 kalori hehehe
