- makan 1 x sehari siang doang kadang roti sandwitch doang dan banyakin makan pisang ama apel ijo - ga cunsume gula ganti madu 1 sendok sehari, gorengan, nasi, apalagi jajanan di pinggir jalan kecuali jualan ketoprak ama gado2 - kalo kalian bisa liat di fb apa aja yg gue consume mungkin kalian bisa heran2 deh kadang gue masukin di blender dada ayam rebus brocolli yogurt pisang selai kacang bayam susu ama whey protein buat penambah tenaga dan vit tulang biar ga encok2 apalagi buat olah raga minyak ikan vit otak dan vit e karena kalo kita kurus muka jadi nyusut jadi vit e bisa nyegerin lah Dan gue suka konsumsi kopi pahit pengganti PRE WORK OUT supplement
