Bahaya makan di bawah BMR. Beberapa hari kemarin saya makan kurang dari BMR, dampaknya terasa sekarang. Badan lemas dan sakit kepala. Dietlah dengan sehat, makan sehat plus olahraga dan tidur cukup. Semoga dapat diambil hikmahnya.
